MY HUMBLE BIO
Alex Sanchez’s ten critically-acclaimed novels have won the hearts of readers around the world.
His many honors include the American Library Association’s “Best Book for Young Adults” for Rainbow Boys; the Lambda Literary Award for So Hard to Say; and the Florida Book Award and Tomás Rivera Mexican-American Book Award for Bait.

His graphic novel You Brought Me the Ocean, published by DC Comics, was illustrated by Jul Maroh. His middle-grade novel, The Greatest Superpower, is his latest book.
Alex has a master’s degree in guidance and counseling and worked for many years as a youth and family counselor.
